Retail and restaurant excitement is happening again at Valley Fair Mall.  The Valley Fair Mall hosted ceremonial groundbreaking for the largest phase of the multiphase redevelopment at the Valley Fair Mall (over 100,000 square feet of new and remodeled stores including: Ross Dress For Less, Famous Footwear, Petco, NYPD Pizzeria, Farr’s Fresh Ice Cream and Frozen Yogurt Café).
     Valley Fair Mall has been growing from a yesteryear 600,000 square foot regional shopping center towards a 1 million square foot super-regional shopping and entertainment power center.  Last year the mall property celebrated the grand opening of four new national restaurant chains including: the Olive Garden, T.G.I. Friday’s, Wingers Grill & Bar and Smashburger.  

           Satterfield Helm Management Inc. is pleased to announce the following business partners for  phase two of the Valley Fair project.

·         30,000 square foot Ross Dress For Less-the nation’s second largest off-price retailer with  revenues of $6.5 billion.

·         13,500 square foot Petco-the foremost retailer of pet supplies and services-available in all    50 states. 

·         8,000 square foot Famous Footwear-the number one consumer footwear company in the country.

·         3,000 square foot N.Y.P.D Pizzeria-the fastest growing New York pizza and deli new to the Utah Market.

·         Farr’s Fresh Ice Cream and Frozen Yogurt Cafe-opening their third flagship store with ice cream recipes dating back over 90 years. 

·         In-N-Out Burger-the buzz of the Wasatch Front and their northern most location.

Valley Fair Mall is scheduled to remain open during construction with a targeted completion date of fall 2010.
