Stroller Rental
Infant ($3.00), Combo ($4.00) and Double ($6.00) strollers are available for rent at Customer Service during all mall hours. Government picture ID required. Cash only, please. Single ($5.00) strollers are available in the Mervyn's wing.
Visa(r) Gift Cards
Visa(r) gift card are perfect for every occasion and are valid anywhere Visa(r) debit is accepted within the United States. Visa(r) gift cards are available in any increment between $25-$250 at Customer Service. Cash and all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express) with valid photo ID.
Wheelchair Rental
Wheelchairs (2 hours courtesy) and electric scooters (1 hour courtesy) are available for rent at Customer Service during all mall hours. There is a $10 per hour charge after the courtesy period. Government picture ID required. Cash only, please.
Postage Stamps
Postage stamps are available for purchase at Customer Service (machine on east side of desk). A mailbox drop is located outside the west entrance between Meier & Frank and Red Robin.
Redemption Center
Marketing promotions such as Gift with Purchases and Enter-to-Win contests may be redeemed at Customer Service. Promotions take place year-round. For promotion details and restrictions, please contact Customer Service at 801.969.6211 x:100.
Copies & Fax
Copies ($0.25 per page) and faxes ($1.00 per page) are available at Customer Service (black and white copies only). Incoming and outgoing faxes are available. Please have incoming fax pages directed to 801.840.5673. Cash only, please.

Shopping bags are available for our shoppers' convenience and are only $2.00 per bag. Cash only, please. These large shopping bags may be purchased at Customer Service.

Security Assistance & First Aid
Mall Security officers are all certified in First Aid, CPR and AED. Our line officers are here to assist our shoppers and merchants with great customer service and safety. The following are some of the services provided by our officers:
- Escorts to your vehicle and/or locating your vehicle
- First Aid assistance
- Lost and Found
- Vehicle lock out assistance (or referral if needed)
- Locating lost persons in the mall
- Stroller and wheelchair assistance to vehicles

A pay phone is conveniently located at Customer Service for our shoppers' use. Other pay phones are located near the restrooms in the Food Court.
