• The Valley Fair Mall is adjacent to Interstate 215, the major artery connecting the Salt Lake Valley. 

• West Valley City is Utah's second largest city boasting over 4,500 business.  Top employers include: Alliant Techsystems (ATK), Hexcel Corporation, Franklin Covey, Discover Card, American Express, Frito-Lay and numerous others.

• West Valley City's cultural amenities include: the West Valley Event Center (The E Center), home of the International Hockey League Utah Grizzlies. In addition the city features Hale Centre Theatre, USANA Amphitheatre, the Cultural Celebration Center, 25 local parks/green belts, Stonebridge Golf Course, Westridge Golf Course and Rocky Mountain Raceway.

• Utah Transit Authority bus and TRAX Light Rail public transportation hub will be located directly west of the mall and is projected to carry 15,000 commuters per day.
